If you are considering replacing your existing doors, we have put together some helpful suggestions for you to have a look at before you place your order.


Door Measurements

To measure your existing doors for replacement please see the diagram.

They should be measured in millimetres height in the first column then the width followed by quantity you wish to order .

For example: H = 715mm W = 496mm QTY = 3





We also cut the hinge holes in your replacement doors free of charge. If you are going to use your existing hinges then please let us know the measurements to the centre of each hole for top and bottom holes. (please see diagram) If the doors you are going to order are cathedral style or have an arch in them you will have to tell us if you want them hinged on the right or left. If you do not let us know this we will assume you want them cut both sides and will provide plastic plugs to cover them. If you wish to replace your existing hinges we can also supply these at a cost of £2.35 a pair.



Delivery is about 7-10 days for wooden doors and 21-28 days for made to measure doors from the date you place your order. Your order can be picked up from the factory or can be delivered to your door by carrier at cost. Please enquire about carriage costs if you live in the highlands of Scotland or anywhere off the mainland, as they may be higher than calculated when ordering online. If you live too far away to visit our showroom and would like to see one of the doors before you place your order we will be happy to have one door made for you.


Placing Your Order

You can place your order with us over the phone or fax or e-mail. You can pay by cheque, credit or debit card over the phone. If you need any help or advice please do not hesitate to contact us.


Please Note

Doors and accessories from the made to measure range and doors with hinge hole cuts are none returnable. Also rigid built units are none returnable as they have to be specially made for your order.

Amendments or changes cannot be made after 48 hours from order confirmation for made to measure doors and drawer fronts or rigid built units.

All other goods returned within 7 days will incur a 20% handling charge.

Delivery charges are non refundable.

Delivery details: We use an overnight carrier service unless you are off-shore or in the Scottish highlands then it becomes a 2-5 day service. We can inform you of the day of delivery and we will ring/email you to arrange this specific day with you, it will be Monday-Friday. As with all delivery companies this cannot be 100% guaranteed due to traffic congestion/accidents and other incidents which cannot be predicted. If your order is a small order then we may be able to give you some tracking information and we will email this to you if it is available. If your order is a large order then it will most likely come on a pallet. This will be delivered between 9am and 5pm and we cannot give any tracking information or find out a time for you on the day. The pallet service is a 1 man delivery service. It may be on a vehicle that is equipped with a tail lift or it may be unwrapped on the vehicle and then handballed off. You will need to be available on the day and be able to assist the delivery man with this.


Claims for loss or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


We are sure you will be happy with your new kitchen or replacement kitchen doors if you decide to purchase them from us. We are able to offer guidance and assistance if you are going to fit them yourself and you will find our staff both friendly and helpful. We want you to be 100 % satisfied so you will recommend us to your friends so we would recommend that if at all possible you come and visit us to see our range of kitchens. Unfortunately, and thankfully only occasionally, people buy doors or a complete kitchen from us without coming to look at what they are buying, or without asking to see a sample first, only to then say it wasn't what they wanted or thought it would be something different. Unfortunately we can not do anything about this type of problem, we cannot offer a refund or change it for something else if they have been specially made or have had hinge holes cut in the doors. The only thing we can recommend to this type of customer, especially ones who have an aggressive, patronizing or sarcastic attitude is to please, please go and buy your kitchen from one of our competitors, we don't want the grief and our staff are not expected to take it.
